The culinary ensemble at the bungalow is diverse and caters to whatever a guest's palette is accustomed to or even what they might dare to try. Guests can reassure themselves that most of the ingredients that go into food preparation at the bungalow are grown locally. The guests also have the luxury of browsing around at the local village market and hand picking whatever vegetable and fruits they will like to eat or get cooked.
Breakfast is a choice of Sri Lankan (a 3 course meal in itself and to be enjoyed at least once), Continental, American and English. If you are staying just a few days, the management may request your favourites in advance. The menu is very extensive but food supplies are fresh.
